GDPR – Right to erasure

Delete your account

You have the right to request the deletion of your WeCoop account and all associated personal data, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR – Art. 17).

What happens after the request?

Your request will be processed by our team in compliance with the GDPR. Here is what happens:

Immediate confirmation You will immediately receive a confirmation email at your registered address.
Processing within 30 days Our team will process the request within 30 days as required by GDPR Art. 17.
Data deleted The following will be deleted: account, profile, uploaded documents, messages, preferences and all associated data.
Legal exceptions Some data may be retained if required by legal or tax obligations (e.g. Stripe transactions).
