Personal Data collected includes: name, phone number, email address, usage data, Cookies and various types of data.
Personal Data may be freely provided by the User or collected automatically during use of the Application.

- Service delivery: managing support requests, platform access, enrollment in WeCoop programs.
- Communications: sending newsletters and updates (with prior consent).
- Statistical analysis: improving the platform using anonymous and aggregated data.

Processing is based on: (a) consent; (b) contract performance; (c) legitimate interest; (d) legal obligation, pursuant to Art. 6 GDPR.
